"Great company, responsive, reliable and fairly priced. They installed a new roof for us after Ian in a timely manor, and took the care to make sure all trash and roofing nails were cleaned up and tarped around my house to ensure this, everyone we've spoken to or dealt with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We are using them currently to repair and update our home. It's very convenient to have one plane that can do it all."

"Our family just moved to Port Charlotte. After 8 months we found the perfect home. We contacted Gillis Construction, about doing the roof inspection. They did the home and roof inspection for us. Gillis put a beautiful metal roof on our home, Which will last a long time. They worked with our mortgage company. It was such a pleasure. Even our mortgage company said they have never worked with a roofing company so easy to work with. Diana took care of everything for us. The attic fan that they installed was well worth the money. My husband doesn't mind working in the attic in July. Thank you Gillis Construction we will always call you when we need any thing else done!"

"Very pleased with Diane Gillis' results on adding a 3rd bedroom and new roof. If you can be patient building a small job in Charlotte county, you will be happy with Gillis. Neighbors remark they can't tell it was an add on and she stuck to her original price. Seems to have a good relationship with any companies she needed to hire outside of her own employees. However her employees Paul, Steve, and Greg were very respectful and worked hard to please us. Just waiting on the wind mitigation report to reduce our homeowner's insurance. Thanks Diane!"
